These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KLIPT Cricket mobile applications, websites, and related services (together, the “KLIPT Cricket Service”), which are provided by Cric MediaCorp (“KLIPT Cricket”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered at 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman. The KLIPT Cricket Service is not intended for children under the age of 13, and you may not register an Account or use the Service if you are under 13. 5. Subscriptions, Fees and Payments
Certain features of the KLIPT Cricket Service may be offered on a paid or subscription basis. Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with the instructions provided in the Service or by the relevant app store. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our fees and to introduce new charges on reasonable notice. Payments made through third-party platforms (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play) are also subject to those platforms’ terms.
6. Acceptable Use
When using the KLIPT Cricket Service, you agree that you will not:

· use any automated means (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access, collect, or harvest data from the Service;
· upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
· post or transmit User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing, or otherwise objectionable; or
· impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of any User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant KLIPT Cricket a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable licence to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that User Content in connection with operating and promoting the KLIPT Cricket Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. We may, but are not obliged to, review, monitor, or remove User Content at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
The KLIPT Cricket Service and all Content (other than User Content), including all trademarks, logos, software, designs, and the “KLIPT Cricket” name and branding, are owned by or licensed to Cric MediaCorp and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence granted to you in these Terms, nothing grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service or Content. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The KLIPT Cricket Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services (including social media platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and is governed by that third party’s terms and privacy policy.
10. Competitions, Promotions and Sweepstakes
From time to time we may offer competitions, promotions, or sweepstakes through the KLIPT Cricket Service. These may be subject to additional rules, which will be made available at the relevant time and which form part of these Terms. Where there is any conflict between such additional rules and these Terms, the additional rules will prevail in respect of that competition or promotion.

12. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses, or that any Content (including scores, statistics, or commentary) is accurate, complete, or current. 13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KLIPT Cricket and Cric MediaCorp, together with their officers, employees, and affiliates, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the KLIPT Cricket Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KLIPT Cricket, Cric MediaCorp, and their affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the KLIPT Cricket Service.

You may stop using the Service and close your Account at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will continue to apply.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the KLIPT Cricket Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates, will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the KLIPT Cricket Service.

Where there are any translations of these Terms, and to the extent of any inconsistency, the English version will prevail.
